Official Sponsors

If your company or organisation would like to sponsor our fundraiser for East Cheshire Hospice we would love to hear from you!

We will give your company as much practical advertising as we can. Your companies logo, a link to your companies Web site and a few words about your company can be added to this Web site. Your company will also get permission to link to this Web site from your companies Web site which informs your clients about your charitable donations.

Publicizing your donations to charities is simply good press for you and your company (http://blog.intuit.com/money/charitable-giving-is-good-for-your-business/).

From the team….

The sponsors:

  • Neil Evans from Macclesfield And District Canoe Club (MADCC) – provided professional kayak coaching in his spare time at no cost. Without your coaching Neil none of us would have improved so quickly. Every team member thanks you and we have truly enjoyed your company, sense of humor, but most poignantly your experience and passion.
  • David Stebbings from the Storm Brewing Company – financed low profile seats for the Falcon K2 worth well over £100. Cheers Dave, perfect timing when our budget was running low.
  • Marsport – incredibly helpful in obtaining the Falcon F2, donated free delivery of the boat to the North West (this boat is 6.5 meters long) and provided us with discounted custom made low profile seats with free delivery. The Jolly Paddlers thank you for your help.
  • Freedom boats – donated space at the Macclesfield Marina to store our kayaks within meters from canal side. We all thank you very much for this, it has given us more time on the water rather than the kayaks being on the top of vehicles.
  • Laserline Print – special thanks to the staff at Laserline Print who printed our A3 charity posters for free in record time. What a service! Your a brilliant company and the service was nothing less than instant. Good luck with your new Web site Roller Banners Cheap. All the Jolly Paddlers thank you.
  • The Jolly Sailor – thanks to Glenn for all the support and making room for our Cheshire Ring Race map so everyone (including ourselves) can see what this challenge really involves. Of course there was the odd ale we may have had over project meetings!
  • Thanks to Robbie Hargreaves from Pro-seal for donating warm fleeces for us all. They were well used on the day of the race!
  • Thanks to the unknown chap at National tyres and autocare for fixing the van tyre on route during the race, immediately in front of other customers and then charged us nothing.
  • Thanks to Mike from Luminate events for the lighting on the following party.
  • Thanks to Steve from CSP Audio Visual for the sound system on the following party.
  • Finally, thanks to the folk from The Silktown Snooker Club, Macclesfield, Green Street for providing the venue for the following party.
